The project entails complete missed-use redevelopment of the upper and lower recreational deck to include restaurant with terrace, outdoor wedding pavilion, pool bar with food serving and two pools with jacuzzi. Also, the first two floors inside conversion into office space, conference room, café with sitting area, convenience store, clothing store, new gym facility and new kosher kitchen.
This modern design is complementing the existing building while adding style, functionality and diversity for residents, visitors and guests.
The project implements state-of-the-art and innovative systems such as aircraft grade aluminum canopies with motorized (remote controlled) adjustable louvers with rain sensors (for automatic closing upon inclement weather), decorative glass openings for offices, café, stores and temporary space reconfiguration for various events type.
